Open job position: specialty raw vegan cakes and desserts research, development, quality control

As of November 3rd 2018, Rawesome is looking for a skilled, reliable and motivated person for the research and development of new raw vegan products for Rawesome.

Full-time position 30-40 hours per week in the cute neighborhood of Villeray. $17/hr.


- Minimum experience of one year and a half in raw vegan food development and quality control required;

- Minimum experience of 6 months in preparation, decoration of raw vegan cakes;

- Very artistic, very good skills in the use of raw vegan natural icing piping for decoration of cakes;

- Extensive knowledge of raw foods and raw food techniques;

- Very detailed oriented, good skills in creating flavors with different raw food ingredients;

- English speaking.


- Research & development: development of new raw vegan recipes for cakes, speciality desserts, cashew cheeses;

- High volume preparation and deco of raw cakes, desserts and cashew cheeses;

- Quality control of all Rawesome products;

- Keep high standards of personal hygiene and hygiene practices in a food production environment.
